I want to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Jared D. Friedman and his entire team. After living with chronic back pain from multiple sources, I found that Dr. Friedman took a methodical and conservative approach that gave me confidence every step of the way.
Rather than assuming there was a single cause of my pain, he carefully worked through the diagnostic process using imaging studies, physical examinations, and targeted diagnostic injections to identify each pain generator individually. My case was complicated because several areas of my spine were contributing to the pain, but he remained persistent until he was able to isolate the sacroiliac (SI) joint as one of the primary sources. After a diagnostic injection immediately relieved my pain for several weeks, he told me, "We nailed it," and he was right.
What impressed me just as much was his commitment to patient safety. When I was scheduled for my procedure, he learned I had recently been treated with antibiotics for an ear infection. Rather than proceeding, he postponed the procedure and required that I be evaluated and cleared by an ENT specialist before moving forward. He explained that introducing a needle near the spine while there was any possibility of an active infection was a risk he would not take, even though some physicians might have proceeded. That level of caution and professionalism gave me tremendous confidence in his judgment.
Dr. Friedman has always taken the time to explain my condition, answer my questions, and make sure every decision is based on sound medical evidence rather than rushing into treatment. His thoroughness, technical expertise, and genuine concern for his patients are exactly what you hope to find in a pain management specialist.
If you're looking for a physician who is knowledgeable, meticulous, conservative when it matters, and truly committed to finding the actual source of your pain rather than simply treating symptoms, I highly recommend Dr. Jared D. Friedman.

Thank you everyone at CoreSmart. The entire staff is wonderful and Dr. Friedman is the best! I suffer from lumbar stenosis and was crippled with pain and at times unable to walk. Dr. Friedman performed the MILD Procedure which changed my life. There were no complications, whatsoever. I'm more flexible, have good balance and no back pain. I'm now able to resume activities and enjoy my days without crippling pain. Thank you so much Dr. Friedman :)

I have been a patient of doctor friedman for a year now. He is truly an amazing caring doctor. My pain had decreased significantly. In the world of medicine today he is a rarity!!!!!

Received an Epidural due to an Acute Disc Herniation with Dr. Friedman yesterday afternoon. Procedure went very well, Dr. Friedman was outstanding in the preparation and explaining of the procedure. I started feeling better on the way home and also better this morning. Symptoms improved 50% since Epidural yesterday afternoon!
I highly recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone needing pain management!
